Description:Business Development Manager - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear Field Based Business Development Manager Salary: £30,000 + Company Car + Uncapped Commission Area: Newcastle to Birmingham Company Profile: My client establish in 1999 as a specialist in non-fault accidents who deal with all types of accidents such as Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Public Liability Claims and Trip & Slip Claims are currently looking to expand their existing team of Outbound Telesales Executives. The Role: To work throughout England covering an area between Newcastle and Birmingham maintaining & servicing an existing network of insurance brokers and generating further business through self-generated leads in order to secure new accounts and increase revenue for the business. Key Responsibilities: § Conduct regular visits with existing insurance brokers in order to strengthen relationships and deal with any problems they may be encountering. § Generating new business by contacting and arranging visits with new insurance brokers. § Attend regular meeting with the company director in order to discuss progress business plans etc. § Self manage your own diary in order to ensure your time is used efficiently The Candidate: My client is looking for someone with experience of business development to join them as soon as possible, candidates must be able to show an ability to self manage themselves and keep themselves motivated at all times. Candidates must have a full current driving licence and be willing to travel on a daily basis due to the area that you will be covering. Experience within a business development role is essential although the industry is not essential, as full product training will be provided. Candidates must be able to show excellent communication skills and confidence in communicating to director level.
