Description: FINANCIAL / COMMERCIAL MANAGER - Scunthorpe, Nort - Lincolnshire FINANCIAL / COMMERCIAL MANAGER - Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire Location Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire Salary 45K As part of the continued expansion of GSA, one of the UK`s leading independent process engineering consultants, are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager with commercial experience to be integral to our expansion programme. Initially reporting to the finance director, the appointee will over see all financial and commercial aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have 5 / 10 years experience in the Finance / commercial department of an engineering services business including international exposure. Legal qualification or QS preferred. Responsibility will be overseeing of all company finance activities including: ? Direction of the accounts department. ? Preparation of all main contract conditions & / or review of all clients contract conditions. ? Negotiation of the commercial aspects of main contracts. ? Preparation of main supplier & / or sub - contract conditions - negotiation of these conditions as required. ? Preparation and negotiation of commercial aspects of licenses, joint ventures etc ? Patent applications. Coordination with ECGD in regard to export insurance and finance. ? Coordination with merchant banks in regard to export finance. ? Preparation and maintenance of contract acceptance policy and company authority cascade. ?
