Job Title:External Claims Advisor
Description:External Claims Advisor - Newcastle, Northumberland External Claims Advisor Circa £25K, + Car Newcastle Our Client, is the worlds largest Insurance Claims Provider with approximately 10,000 employees worldwide and 700 offices in 63 countries and are looking for an experienced External Claims Advisor. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Conduct field visits and site investigations. • Produce high quality written field visit and site investigation reports. • Liaise with policy holders as appropriate. • Ensure that performance targets are met. • Available and contactable at short notice outside normal working hours which will include evenings or weekends • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • An external claims background is essential. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Previous field visit and site investigation experience preferred, and proven technical competence. • Strong time management skills. • Progress towards relevant professional qualification preferred. • Good planning and organisational skills • Team player • Ability to be flexible when required To find out more, or to apply in confidence please contact Richard Jones on 0113 2330304 or email richard.jones@reed.co.uk
